Our manor house
The listed building of the mansion dates back to the end of the 19th century and is located in the “Doltso” district of the traditional part of the city of Kastoria, opposite Lake Orestiada. It is a three-storey Kastorian house, a typical example of the traditional architecture of the place, of the corresponding period, which was restored in 2023 and now operates as a guesthouse. It includes four individual bedrooms on the floors and a communal breakfast room on the ground floor of the building.

The location
“Doltso”, as the area where the guesthouse is located is called due to the mild climate on the southern side of Kastoria, is the most picturesque district of the city.
The mansion is only 350 m away from the homonymous square “Doltso”, while at the same time it is located at the starting point of the lakeside route that leads to the northern side of the city, to the district “Apozari”. In the wider area of the hostel and in a short distance from it you will find restaurants, cafes, shops & museums.
